When Hans Einhell asked his nephew Josef Thannhuber to take over the company in 1964, the young entrepreneur had no idea what a success story he was about to write.

Global Battery Expertise

From Hans Einhell GmbH, based in Landau an der Isar, the company grew into a corporate group. The headquarters, now known as Einhell Germany AG, has remained at its founding location in Landau.

Einhell Nordic A/S

A great story, told briefly

Einhell Nordic A/S was established in 2018 and covers the markets in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland. The company is owned by Einhell Germany AG and is based in Risskov, Denmark, where both the head office, service department, and showroom are located.

Today, Einhell Nordic A/S has approximately 20 employees across Denmark and Sweden. From our head office in Risskov, we manage all core functions including sales, service, marketing, administration, purchasing, and logistics. In Sweden, we also have employees responsible for sales and service for our Swedish and Norwegian customers.

Our mission is clear: We aim to bring cordless flexibility and freedom into people’s homes, gardens, and workshops. With our comprehensive Power X-Change battery platform and wide product range at competitive prices, we strive to become one of the leading players in the Nordic power tool market and inspire even more people to bring their DIY projects to life with freedom and enthusiasm.
